Every system is installed on the Professional plan, so your upfront commission is the same on every deal. From Year 2, the customer can stay on Professional or step down to Critical — and you keep earning recurring either way. From Year 2, you earn 20% recurring for as long as the plan renews — ₹2,880/yr on Professional, or ₹2,040/yr if the customer steps down to Critical.
